For firm mattresses high density firm foam layers are used and for soft mattresses high density super soft foams are used. To have an even firmer bedding, a spring unit made from heavy gauge wire is also available. This unit gives extra support and strength. To make it extra comfortable a flex-o-lator mesh is clipped to the spring for a "no coil feel". To provide durability, needled wadding with con wed mesh is used to cover the spring in order to prevent spring wear. All the mattresses are provided with a thick quilted twill cotton mattress cover that has a non-slip quality. This keeps the appearance of the bed neat and appealing to customers.
