Suntory Australia has just seen a new addition to its wide range of liqueurs.

The distributor recently introduced Pavan, a premium liqueur hailing from the south of France.

The delicate and complex liqueur is made using muscat grapes, from the seaside Frontignan region in France, as well as orange blossom flowers.

Suntory Australia recently held an exclusive tasting sessions for local bartenders at Brisbane’s Aquitaine Restaurant & Bar, Sydney’s Ananas Brasserie and Melbourne’s Mon Bijou to help introduce Pavan do the Australian liqueur scene.

“I’m delighted with the success of the events, celebrating the quintessential occasion and Mediterranean ritual of aperitif with key bartenders in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, combining an element of the brand’s origins and showcasing the versatility of the liqueur,” said Pavan brand manager, Matt Barnett.
