Seavory wild caught and handpicked crab meat was launched on the Australian market at this year’s Food Service Australia.

Seavory is pasteurised to protect the delicate aroma, flavour and texture of 100% blue swimmer crab.

The pasteurising process does not compromise the flavour and texture of the very delicate blue swimmer crab.

The taste is so similar to fresh crab, that in blind tastings with professionals they found it difficult to discern any difference.

The meat is processed in Kudus, Central Java has both HAACP and BRC certifications and employs around 500 mainly female employees, who would otherwise find it difficult to gain employment. Over the last 2 years the processing factory has been packing an identical product for the US market and our factory.

The product is tinned and must be kept at all times refrigerated.
