Professionals within Australia’s food industry will set the standard for safety at this year’s Australian HACCP Awards. Open for entry now, the awards will commend the outstanding contributions of individuals and businesses who have demonstrated a commitment to food safety.

The prestige award ceremony will take place as part of the 20th Australian HACCP Conference, Australia’s premier food safety event hosted by Advancing Food Safety, SAI Global, and will follow a day of insight from some of the industry’s most respected speakers.

As one of the leading discussion forums for food safety industry professionals, the annual conference will explore Australia's role in a global marketplace, Australian technical updates and new issues for food exportation.

Speakers include Major General John Hartley OA. Through his role as CEO of Future Directions International, John enhances strategic decisions at senior levels of the public and private sectors of Australia and will discuss Australia’s role in helping alleviate possible future world crises in the supply of safe and quality food.
