The Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA) describes itself as the leading industry and professional body for the recruitment and human resources sector in Australia and New Zealand.
Representing over 3,800 company and individual members, the RCSA "leads the recruitment and human resources services industry, by providing an environment for sustainable employment growth and prosperity."
It achieves this through representation, education, research and business advisory support, activities which ensure members can concentrate on their core business.
The RCSA has three key goals:
- to lead the industry by providing the framework for business best practice
- to influence legislation and regulation that impacts employment and the industry; and
- to provide the platform for continuing professional development, including ethical standards and legal responsibilities.
The Association includes two member group associations: the first representing nursing agencies, the Australian Association of Nursing Recruitment Agencies (AANRA); and another representing medical recruiters, the Association of Medical Recruiters Australia & New Zealand (AMRANZ).
The Association also includes the Staffing Council of Australia and New Zealand (SCANZ), representing six of the largest companies in the Association.
All RCSA member organisations and Accredited Professionals agree to abide by the ACCC authorised RCSA Code for Professional Conduct.
