Idealpos recently attended the Fine Food Queensland exhibition to display current products and introduce new ones, and to communicate with potential and existing clients.
The fine food show attracts a diverse array of patrons, from TAFE students and aspiring chefs to committee members and first-time business owners. All are eager to learn about new product offerings and industry practices in order to further the development of their business, or to simply gain insight into the food and hospitality industry.
The Idealpos stand focused on one product in particular, the Ideal Kitchen Monitor. The kitchen monitors were set up in a simple, straightforward manner so passers-by could simply walk up to the product and practice the process of putting a sale through. This was great for potential clients as it allowed them to physically test the operational capabilities of the Ideal Kitchen Monitor.
The Ideal Kitchen Monitors proved to be a very popular product at the show, and Idealpos has witnessed a shift in the product’s customer base. The monitors are no longer used solely by fast-food outlets; restaurant and café owners are similarly opting for the product instead of printers.
This is reflective of the company’s commitment to constantly redeveloping their products based on customer needs, as over time they have added many new features to the Ideal Kitchen Monitors.
