Young Culinary Achiever Scholarship for third year apprentices

Supplier News
HTN is pleased to announce that entries for the Young Culinary Achiever Scholarship, a reward program designed specifically for third year apprentices, are now being accepted up until Monday, October 22.

The annual scholarship, which was devised by Bill Drakopoulos, rewards New South Wales apprentices undertaking trade training in the commercial cookery sector.

It recognises and rewards those apprentices who demonstrate a unique passion for, and commitment to, both their work and the hospitality industry more broadly.

The lucky winner will receive:

  • Return airfares to London
  • Paid accommodation whilst in London
  • The opportunity to undertake work experience with renowned chef Brett Graham
  • $1,000 in cash to spend while in London
Interested apprentices do not need to be nominated, rather they can nominate themselves by simply completing the appropriate application form and sending it to the HTN office prior to October 22.

For more information, and to download an application form visit the HTN website.
