Nominations are open for the 2011 PwC Food and Beverage Industry Awards.

The Food Industry Association awards are open to food and beverage companies in Western Australia of any size and in any location.

Launching the 2011 awards, Food Industry Association Chairman, David Lock, welcomed PwC as platinum sponsor.

“The annual PwC Food and Beverage Awards acknowledge the innovations and successes of WA’s best food and beverage businesses, recognising those that lead their fields and are simply the best of the best in supply chain management, marketing, food service, retail product development and addressing the issues of environment and sustainability,” he said.

The 2011 PwC Food and Beverage Industry Awards include:

  • Best Food Service Product/Achievement
  • Best Service to Industry
  • Best Retail Product
  • Excellent in Supply Chain Management Best Marketing Campaign
  • Innovation
  • Environment and Sustainability
One category winner will be named Business of the Year at the Gala Awards Dinner on June 17 at Hyatt Regency, Perth and will receive in-kind business services from PwC valued at $10,000.

Entries for the 2011 PwC Food and Beverage Industry Awards close on May 12.
