According to Exhibition Manager, Minnie Constan, the Fine Food Australia exhibition, to be held at Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre, 7-10 September, will be of ‘great benefit’ to food and hospitality businesses.
The Fine Food Australia exhibition will showcase a large range of equipment for the food and hospitality industries. Due to the in tax rebates available to small and medium businesses and the extension of the rebate to large businesses, those looking to upgrade their equipment may find what they’re looking for at Fine Food Australia.
The rebates will apply to new assets purchased by 31 December 2009 and installed by December 2010. Over 950 exhibitors will display the latest business and equipment solutions at the Fine Food Australia exhibition, and buyers will be able to ensure that they fully prepared to make an informed purchasing decision well in advance of the December deadline.
More than 90 exhibitors will showcase new catering equipment at the show. The list includes well known names such as Dudson, FED, FSM, JL Lennard, Maurice Kemp, Moffatt, Robot Coupe along with newer companies such as Andele, Cafe Ideas, CFM, Meiko, Reward Distribution and Unox Australia showcasing ovens, steamers, grills, mixers, blenders, refrigeration, ice makers, coffee machines, sushi machines and dishwashers. Among the exhibitors displaying new equipment is:
Comcater, launching the new Mareno-Nuova Protagonista 90 Series cooking range comprising 18 gas and electric ranges totalling 140 configurations. These high efficiency models have been designed taking into account usability and energy savings.
Orchestrale – ‘The Epitome of Italian Style’, launching their high-end espresso machine range. These 100% made in Italy machines offer the style and prowess inherent to a country that loves their coffee.
Regethermic ‘Put on a big show in a small space’, releasing their new ‘Blanco Cook’ front cooking system, comprising ten high performance compact table unit modules that, with the addition of the fume extraction module, is everything necessary for a successful cooking show in front of customers.
In addition to catering equipment, there will be numerous Fine Food Australia exhibitors with products for front of house, accommodation and dining rooms including audio visual equipment, bar equipment, technology, bedding, furniture, laundry and cleaning systems, cash systems, flooring, crockery, cutlery and top-of-table products.
Fine Food is Australasia’s largest trade exhibition for the food and hospitality industries, and this year celebrates its 25th anniversary.
