According to the organisers of Fine Food Australia , Diversified Exhibitions Australia, this year’s exhibition, the only international exhibition in Australia for the food, hospitality and beverage industries, is set to be not only the largest but also the sweetest.  

Exhibition Manager, Minnie Constan, says it is common for families to spend more on confectionery and chocolate during a recession. Buyers looking for new ways to satisfy their sweet-toothed customers will have a wealth of products to examine at Fine Food when it is staged at the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre, 7- 10 September, 2009.    

More than 100 exhibitors will be displaying confectionery, chocolate, snack foods, ice cream, new coffee experiences and more to buyers from the retail and hospitality industries.    

Confectionery World will be at centre stage, a product feature area showcasing products from some of the world’s largest manufacturers to captivate the sweet tooth in everyone.
