According to the organisers of Fine Food Australia , Diversified Exhibitions Australia, this year’s exhibition, the only international exhibition in Australia for the food, hospitality and beverage industries, is set to be not only the largest but also the sweetest.
Exhibition Manager, Minnie Constan, says it is common for families to spend more on confectionery and chocolate during a recession.
