Electrolux has provided equipment from its Professional kitchen range to Noma Australia, the 10 week pop-up restaurant located at Sydney's Barangaroo and led by one of the world's best chefs Rene Redzepi.
Located in Copenhagen, Denmark, Noma has been awarded two Michelin stars and has been recognised as the S. Pellegrino World’s Best Restaurant four times in the past six years.
Noma Australia opened on 26 January as a 10 week pop-up residency at Barangaroo, Sydney in partnership with Lendlease and Tourism Australia.
The restaurant is located within Australia's first carbon-neutral development.

Working closely with distributor Stoddart Manufacturing, Lendlease and Promena Projects, Noma Australia's kitchen features double stacked Electrolux Professional combi ovens with complimenting blast chillers, powerful induction cooktops, compact undercounter refrigerators and dough mixers.
