The Deluxe Variety Steamer (VS-350) is designed to handle large volumes with four programmable product cycle times as well as a single shot of steam selection.
It has two 20 oz. capacity positions. The Variety Steamers (VS-200 ADB and ASB) are ideal for single portion servings. The ADB unit steams two 10 ounce portions whilst the ASB is capable of a single 20 ounce portion.
