With a full line of fryers carrying US ENERGY STAR efficiency ratings, Frymaster’s state of the art equipment helps improve profit margins and contribute to green and sustainability initiatives.
The ingenious Frymaster Oil Conserving Fryer uses 40% less oil with no reduction in production capacity or food quality. Furthermore, the smaller fry pot maintains a higher ratio of fresh to used oil, which slows down the accumulation of breakdown products that shorten oil life, which in turn extends the life of the oil.
With less oil to fill and longer times between fills, operators save well over 40% on oil costs. Additionally, a new COOL mode feature reduces the temperature when the oil conserving fryer is not in use, resulting in considerable energy savings.
The built-in FootPrint PRO filtration system encourages more frequent filtering, which further preserves oil life and ensures consistently, great-tasting food.
This and other commercial catering equipment can be viewed at the Comcater stand (HJ 20) at the Fine Food Australia Expo being held in Sydney later this year.
