The Camduction Complete Heat System, manufactured by Cambro and distributed by Comcater , wins the National Restaurant Associations’ (NRA) Annual Kitchen Innovation Award 2011 for their revolutionary heat system technology, which provided long-term heat retention, durability and reliability.

“The patented technology was developed in our German facility by Cambro engineers looking for a better way to help healthcare facilities with their needs for a reliable, durable and long-lasting heat retention product," says Felix Bazgan, Senior Marketing Manager of Cambro Manufacturing.

The Camduction Complete Heat System is a commercial catering equipment, which consistently heats up to 20 heat retention bases at once and allows a base to be ready every 12 seconds with reliable temperature holdings for 60 minutes. The heat from the base gets transferred to the plate and the food over time to keep the food hot and fresh.

The Camduction Complete Heat Systems and commercial catering equipment are available from Comcater and are ideal for hospitals and aged car facilities.
