The highest honour, National Franchise of the Year was awarded to Rob Clark of South Australia’s Regency Park for the second consecutive year – a first for any Cafe2U Franchisee. Clark, who opened his first Cafe2U Franchise just over five years ago, chose this career path to be able to have more quality time with his family.
The Franchise of the Year Award is based on maintaining consistently high standards in audits, participation in meetings and conferences, events, marketing activities and coffee purchases.
Though surprised to have won the honour for the second time, Clark was quick to acknowledge the support of his wife and family, the professional development offered by the Cafe2U team, as well as a loyal customer base in ensuring the operation of a successful franchise.
Cafe2U Managing Director Derek Black explains that the Awards Program is designed to recognise Franchise Partners who have consistently delivered outstanding results in their service. He attributed Clark’s win for the second year in a row to his consistently high quality of service.
Notable recognitions from Cafe2U’s Annual Leadership Conference:
Multi Unit Franchisee of the year awarded to the Franchise Partner operating two or more franchised vans, and who achieved the highest score on the annual FOTY competition, went to John and Josh Prasad, Glenelg, South Australia.
