The inaugural Bavarian Bier Café - York opened its doors in July 2005, soon followed by the more rustic Bavarian Bier Café - Manly Wharf . A third Bavarian Bier Cafe opened in O'Connell Street mid 2006and afterwards at the Entertainment Quarter in December 2007. The newest venue at Parramatta opened in June 2008.
